We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible - please allow up to 3 working days for your parcel to be packed. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email notification sharing the good news. Here are our shipping options:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: £4.25 (£3 for 5 or less packs of Wax Melts)
- Royal Mail 1st Class: £5
- Spend £30+ and receive Complimentary 2nd Class Delivery

We offer collection from our Thornbush Hill studio in Cowbridge. Just select "Pick up" at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Our collection times are 10am - 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday - just follow your nose down Cowbridge High Street!
